  Setup NAIC Codes for Insurance Companies

NAIC are standard codes that can help InsurancePro identify an Insurance Company when downloading transactions. To setup NAIC codes, please go to the Company Setup Screen in InsurancePro and select an Insurance Company. Then click on "Setup NAIC Codes".

You will see the following Option Window:

Note: You need to contact your Insurance Company to receive the Download NAIC codes.

You can add multiple NAIC Codes for the same company. To add a code, simply follow the instructions on the screen.

Once you have entered an NAIC Code for an Insurance Company, InsurancePro can match it to select the correct company when downloading the ACORD AL3 Transaction. For more details on how to download transactions through InsurancePro, please click here.
