 Client/Policy Summary Screen – Print Forms/Letter  - More ACORD Forms

 

 

 

More ACORD Forms:

You can access over 500+ additional ACORD forms in InsurancePro. To access this screen go to the "Print Forms / Letters" screen then (1) select "ACORD Forms" from the list of categories, then (2) select "MORE ACORD FORMS" at very end of the list of "Available Forms"  and (3) click the "Select" button or double-click the item like the screenshot below shows:

Hiding Forms:

You can now hide the More ACORD Forms you don't use so that you can keep them out of your way. You can hide any More ACORD Form from this list by first selecting the item, then right-clicking it and selecting "Hide" from the pop-up menu that appears.

Showing Hidden Forms:

You can show any More ACORD Form that has been hidden by first (1) clicking the "Open Edit Mode" button (notice this changes to "Close Edit Mode") then

(2) checking the boxes next to the forms you would like to show like this:

Click the (now) "Close Edit Mode" button to return to the normal view mode which will show only forms that had a check box beside them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hide/Show All:

You can quickly Hide or Show all More ACORD Forms by first (1) clicking the "Open Edit Mode" button, then (2) clicking the "Show" column to (3) toggle between showing and hiding all forms as below:

Check for Updates:
You can now check for updates to your More ACORD Forms by clicking the "Check for Updates" button on the More ACORD Forms screen:

Adding a Favorite:
You can add any More ACORD Form to your Favorites list by first selecting the item, then right-clicking it and selecting "Add to Favorites" from the pop-up menu that appears.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saved Form Description:
When you make changes to any More ACORD Form and save those changes InsurancePro will now prompt you for a description to appear in the "Saved Forms" section of the "Print Forms \ Letters" screen. Simply type in the description you'd like to appear and hit Enter or click OK. To leave the description blank click Cancel, hit ESC on your keyboard or click the X (Close) button on the dialog:
