 Follow-ups

 

 

 

InsurancePro allows you to go in to the program and manually enter any follow-up note or reminder for a customer or a company. There is another feature in which InsurancePro automatically enters follow up notes for Quotes, Monthly Payments and Renewals, so that you can keep track of these transactions before hand.

 

To access the InsurancePro Follow-up System, click on "Agency Tools", and then on "Followups".

 

 

 

 

Screen Options Description:

This screen basically has three sections: Quotes, Monthly Payments and Renewals. For each, you can specify the dates and the Agent. You have the option to view All Agents.

 

QUOTES: InsurancePro automatically makes entries for a follow up for the next day whenever a user enters a new quote in InsurancePro. To view a list of quotes marked for Follow-up, click on the "Quotes" Icon. If you have followed up with the client, double-click on "Follow-up" for that row. InsurancePro will ask you to choose a response to describe the follow-up call. Depending on your choice, the entry will either be completed, or marked again for follow-up on the date you specify.

 

 

This is a powerful tool that can be used to simplify your sales follow-up process, make it more efficient and allow you to convert more Quotes to Sales. Also, this can be used to monitor and analyze the reasons why potential customers might not be purchasing Insurance from your Agency.

 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: InsurancePro automatically makes entries for a follow up for each monthly payment 10 days before a payment is due. To view a list of policies marked for Follow-up for monthly payments, click on the "Monthly Payment" Icon. If you have followed up with the client, double-click on "Follow-up" for that row. InsurancePro will ask you to choose a response to describe the follow-up call. Depending on your choice, the entry will either be completed, or marked again for follow-up on the date you specify. This is a powerful tool that can be used to easily increase your policy-retention and decrease cancellations.

 

RENEWALS: There are several ways you can track upcoming policy renewals, as keeping track of your Renewals is one of the most important thing for any Insurance Agency.

 

InsurancePro automatically makes entries for a follow up for each Renewal 10 days before it is due. To view a list of policies marked for Follow-up for Renewals, click on the "Renewal" Icon. If you have followed up with the client, double-click on "Follow-up" for that row. InsurancePro will ask you to choose a response to describe the follow-up call. Depending on your choice, the entry will either be completed, or marked again for follow-up on the date you specify. This is a powerful tool that can be used to easily increase your policy-retention and decrease Non-Renewals.

 

NOTE: Any follow-up details and comments entered through this screen can be viewed under the customer's policy file Screen in "Notes/Reminders".
