 Client/Policy Summary Screen – Emails

 

 

 

 

InsurancePro has a built-in email management system that allows you to place an email right in to the client’s information screen. If you have sent an email from InsurancePro on behalf of a client, or maybe the Insurance Company or someone else has emailed you a document that is associated with a client, you can view them in the Client Summary screen by clicking on “Emails”. Clicking on emails displays all emails that you have associated with this particular policy. This is a very helpful feature that allows you to be more organized.

 

From this screen, you have the following options for the emails listed:

 

Delete – You can choose to delete the email from your email account. Note that this deletes the entire email, not just the association, and it cannot be recovered.

 

Print – Prints your email message.

 

Forward – Choose this to send this email message to someone.

 

Attachments – Displays any attachments included in the email.
