| In today's era, communicating with your prospects and clients via email is becoming more and more of the norm. With TurboRater's ability to email quotes, you have yet another way to meet your client's demands. |

| To email a quote from TurboRater, you will need to enter the customer's email address in the Policy Screen (F3) tab. Then while viewing the quote in the breakdown screen, go to the Breakdown menu and select Send To/Insured. |
| Note: You must have an email client installed to use this feature. |

| The Turbo Mailbox will appear where you can complete your email message. The TurboRater quote is sent as an attachment to the email. |
| What is Netspawn? |

| NetSpawn is an administrative tool used to increase network speed, implements controls for user's access, and simplifies updating the program on multiple workstations. NetSpawn still allows sharing of agency information, quotes and company setup. |

| Some menu items are not available to NetSpawn users on the Edit Menu and Tools Menu. Editing Companies, Agency and User Information and use of Update features are only accessible from the Administrator's program (the full version of TurboRater). |
Additional controls for the NetSpawn Users can be specified under the Tools - Quote Management Setup menu.
