Customizing the Driver and Vehicle Attribute List
By default, there are twenty-five Driver and nine Vehicle Attribute questions displayed under the Driver and Car tabs. Attribute questions are included because many insurance companies require this information to return an accurate quote.  However, you may find the companies you represent do not need all of the attribute questions answered, therefore, in the Web Edition you have the ability to remove any unneeded questions.

Customizing the attribute list requires Administrator rights and applies to all users.  Under the Options menu, select Preferences.  Then click on the All Locations tab.  Scroll to the bottom to Attributes.  Uncheck any attribute question you do not want to appear in the Driver or Vehicle Attribute list.

The attribute questions that are not checked in Preferences will appear below in the Additional Attributes list.  You can toggle the Additional Attributes list on and off by clicking [Hide] or [Show]. 

Assigning separate producer codes for each location
The ability to create Company Groups can be done in Web Edition.  Company Groups can be used to create a separate list of companies for locations or users.  Company Groups also provide the ability to assign separate producer codes for locations or users.  To learn how, watch our 5 minute video on Adding or Editing Company Groups.
