Upgrade InsurancePro Today

Effective December 1, 2010, our support staff will ask that any customer requesting support for InsurancePro version 5.x upgrade to InsurancePro version 6 as a first line of troubleshooting to attempt to fix the problem. To ensure your agency is utilizing the latest and most advanced features available, we encourage you to upgrade to InsurancePro version 6 today.

Upgrading to InsurancePro version 6 could not be easier with our upgrade wizard. This upgrade is provided to you at no additional cost and includes several new enhancements.

How To Upgrade

The upgrade procedure must be completed on all computers used to access InsurancePro.  The procedure takes approximately ten minutes per computer.  Every computer must be upgraded before accessing your InsurancePro database or data corruption could occur.

Grouping Function
Find the right customer with our Grouped Search Results.  Your search results can be grouped by client's name, company, and policy type.  This feature is particularly helpful to see at a glance all policies for a particular client.

Redesigned Client Details Screen
The client details screen has been completely revamped making it easier to navigate through policy details.

New Endorsement Manager
Tracking manually entered endorsements could not be easier.  Simply make the necessary changes in the customer's file, then InsurancePro will automatically prompt you to record the endorsement transaction with new premium information.

View and/or Edit Multiple Clients
Multiple clients can be viewed and edited at the same time.

Integrates with QuickBooks Desktop Versions 2003 and later
Export Deposits and Payment transactions into your QuickBooks accounting software.

Enhanced Notes & Reminders
Following up with your customers or prospects is a snap with the new Notes & Reminders section.  Display all notes, only notes with reminders, restrict by insurance company, agent, or client.

Now supports GMAIL (SSL) 
InsurancePro's e-mail client now works with GMAIL e-mail accounts.
