solutions to meet our customer's requirements.
Requirements
• One year of .Net C#, any version
• Effective in a deadline oriented environment
• College degree or similar experience
• Insurance experience a plus
• Web service experience a plus
• Multi-tiered application experience a plus

Call Center Manager
The successful candidate will work in a casual
team-based setting, directly managing a small call
center with six front-line employees.
Requirements
•Responsible for designing and implementing improved
process and operational policies
•College degree or three years prior experience managing
a small call center or customer service group
•Thorough understanding of phone systems and call
recording
•Set and measure performance expectations
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry
developments
•Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize
errors and track performance
•Review performance of staff, identifying staff training
needs and plan training sessions
•Analyze department data and create a detailed monthly
report
•Monitor real-time call data
•Maintain the correct recorded announcement menus and
make changes as necessary
•Strong managerial and communication skills
•Strong Excel skills
•Property and casual insurance experience a plus
•Technical support background a plus
