Description

•Provide excellent client support and technical issue resolution via telephone, remote desktop access, and e-mail.
•Meet Performance Objectives in Call Quality, Customer Satisfaction surveys, Call Logging, and Attendance.
•Assist customers with installation, setup, and functionality verification of all ITC’s products.
•Troubleshoot software or hardware problems and errors.
•Provide detailed problem information for escalated incidents and work orders.
•Up-sell additional ITC products.

We are currently looking for a Network Workstation Support.  
 

·         This person will help manage internal systems for Carrollton, TX office location and manage hardware and software systems in our hosted data center.

·         This includes phone system, e-mail servers, VPNs, tape backups and workstation support.

Requirements

Technical Skills for this position

·         MCP certification

·         Working Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 & Windows 2000

·         Good working knowledge of MS-SQL and 2003 Exchange

·         Novell Client and Server Operation a plus
